    A class designed for individuals who sit at desks or want an afternoon “pick-me-up” or have limitations that require exercising while seated in a chair. This class has participants predominately seated for the duration of the class with 5 to 10 minutes of standing postures using the chair for stability and balance. Ideal for beginners and active agers.

    A slow-moving flow class which blends restorative yoga, Kripalu and Hatha yoga. Ideal for beginners and active agers. Participants should be able to lift off and lower to the floor since postures move from standing to seated to reclined.
