A class designated for individuals who sit at desks or a want an “afternoon pick-me-up” or who have conditions or limitations that would require exercising in a chair. This class is partially seated and includes standing postures and standing sun salutations using the chair as a prop. Ideal for beginners and active agers who want a more active and physically demanding chair yoga class.
